Wedding Planning Checklist

Here's a wedding planning checklist with a 12 month schedule to ensure things get done, nothing gets missed and tasks completed can be checked off.

It's always a good idea to decide upon duties you can give to other people so that you will not be overwhelmed by them yourself.

For example catering: Who do you believe would be the best person to handle all of the arrangements for the food and drink at your wedding ?

Invitations and seating
Who will be addressing and mailing out invitations and making sure that people are seated with people they will be comfortable with ?

Who will organize the decorations for the wedding and reception including the table center pieces ?

You should also not forget other tasks to be assigned like:

Rehearsal dinners
Music and the DJ
Bridesmaid, groomsmen and honoured guests, gifts and favors
Gowns and tuxedos
Bridal showers and bachelor parties

It's important to get in touch and agree with people as soon as possible about them taking on some of these tasks for you.
